2nd, If all arrangements has been done, transfer the payment to the designated bank account or Paypal). We accept down payment then COD the rest. We don’t transact via Cebuana, LBC etc for your protection.
3rd, We’ll send the Voucher via email after confirming your deposit . We can meet in person (at the bank) if you want to and if feasible.
4th, Contact your group assigned resource for confirmation of your target date and further assistance while traveling. Bring your stuff and print 2 copies (one for you and one for your resource person) of your invoice/voucher and give one upon request of your groups assigned resource person.
PICK UP POINT For Hundred Islands Tour – At alaminos victory bus station or near stations (for commuters ). One way tryke fee is Php100/group.
5th, Grab your stuff and other package deals in our waiting area or at lucap wharf then ENJOY! Hundred Islands is all yours! Your resource person may ask you to pay the rest of the balance (if applicable) either before or after your stay.
- Only after confirming the deposit, we shall send the data of your resource person which can be seen as well in your invoice/voucher. This is intended to avoid guests going directly to the campsite without knowing or being updated about sea current.
- We normally issue a 6 month expiry vouchers (up to 1 year is needed) but do advise us of your target date at least 2-3 weeks before the said date or claim of the voucher.
- Bank details are noted in our quote/attached itinerary
- Also, we will only make AVP (audio video presentation) within 2 months only after the actual date where our guests have been at Anawangin or any package deals agreed. Exceeding claims after 2 months will be deemed void. But we may create one with an affordable fee.
